Cancellation & Refund Policy

Look Menuz provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. Due to the nature of our services, once a subscription is activated, cancellations or refunds are generally not entertained.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or verified technical errors caused from our end. Any such request must be reported to our support team within a reasonable time frame.

In the event that a technical issue arises on our side and cannot be resolved despite all reasonable efforts, the applicable payment amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days after the final resolution attempt.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
